1. Who we are
Cosmoforge Limited (“Cosmoforge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates Pigeo. For privacy inquiries relating to Pigeo, contact us using the details in Section 12.
2. Scope
This policy applies to Pigeo’s VoIP platform, administrative interfaces, APIs, and related support channels offered by Cosmoforge, excluding third-party apps or carriers outside our control.
3. Categories of information
Depending on your relationship with Pigeo (for example, organization administrator, end user, or prospect), we may process:
- Account and identity data: names, organizational identifiers, usernames, roles, credentials, authentication signals, and security tokens used to provision access consistent with your configuration.
- Communications metadata: timestamps, session identifiers, routing information, quality metrics, and similar data required to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot voice sessions.
- Content (limited): Pigeo is engineered to route voice efficiently. We do not market “listen-in” features. We may process transient technical artifacts where necessary for lawful operation, security monitoring, troubleshooting, or where required by applicable law.
- Billing data: invoices, payment status, and related records as needed for commercial agreements.
- Support and security records: messages you send us, incident notes, and access logs for service integrity.
4. Purposes of processing
We process information to provide, secure, and improve Pigeo; authenticate users; prevent fraud and abuse; meet contractual obligations; comply with law and lawful requests; and communicate service changes.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on bases such as contract, legitimate interests (secure communications delivery and network operations, balanced against individual rights), legal obligation, and consent when required.
6. Service providers and transfers
We may engage subprocessors for hosting, observability, customer support tooling, and security services. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
7. Retention
Retention varies by record type. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize according to our retention schedule.
8. Security
We apply industry-recognized technical and organizational controls. VoIP infrastructure inherently depends on network connectivity; customers are responsible for securing endpoints and access policies within their environments where applicable.
9. Your rights
Subject to law and your role (some requests must be submitted by an authorized organization admin), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also have the right to complain to a regulator.
10. Enterprise customers
Where Pigeo is provided to an organization, that organization may act as a controller for end-user data and we may process such data as a processor under agreed terms. This policy supplements (and does not override) the contractual data processing terms between Cosmoforge and the customer.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice as required by law or contract.
