Purchase Privacy
Transactions are handled via Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat. Cosmoforge does not store or see your payment details.
Neatspace may use RevenueCat to validate Neatspace subscriptions and entitlements; payment card data remains with Apple.
1. Who we are
Cosmoforge Limited (“Cosmoforge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) develops Neatspace. For privacy inquiries relating to Neatspace, contact us using the details in Section 11.
2. Scope
This Neatspace Privacy Policy applies to the Neatspace iOS app and related in-app experiences, including optional Neatspace purchases processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP) system where applicable.
3. Information we collect
We design Neatspace to minimize data collection. Depending on how you use Neatspace, we may process:
- On-device storage signals (Neatspace): categories of files and storage metrics that Neatspace reads locally to present optimization insights. As described above, Neatspace keeps this analysis on your device.
- App diagnostics (optional): limited technical data such as crash logs or performance information if you choose to share diagnostics or if you contact Neatspace support and provide device or Neatspace version details.
- Purchase receipts (Neatspace via Apple / RevenueCat): if you buy a Neatspace subscription or one-time unlock, Apple processes payment. Cosmoforge does not receive your full payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat may provide limited transaction metadata needed to validate Neatspace entitlements.
- Communications: if you email Neatspace support, we process your message content and contact details you provide.
4. How we use information
We use information solely to operate, secure, and improve Neatspace, provide Neatspace customer support, comply with law, and enforce our terms. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract performance (delivering the Neatspace service you request), legitimate interests (security, Neatspace product improvement balanced against your rights), and consent where required.
6. Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers who assist us in operating Neatspace (for example, hosting, analytics where enabled, entitlement services such as RevenueCat, or crash reporting) under strict confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required by law. On-device Neatspace data is controlled by your device settings and Neatspace usage.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with Neatspace. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
Neatspace is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Neatspace.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing related to Neatspace. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us using Section 11.

12. Changes
We may update this Neatspace Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the Neatspace app or on this page and adjust the effective date where appropriate.
